We supply complimentary, hand gel steriliser, anti-bacterial wipes, a supply of spare surgical mask as well as a new disinfectant cleaning spray with brand new cloths for every new guests arrival.

It’s now more important than ever to maintain and exceed high standards of cleanliness. We want to share with you some of the procedures we continue to undertake to maintain the best possible cleanliness and safety for our guests and dedicated team members.
Touch Point Cleaning:
Our professional cleaning team focus on high-traffic areas and now carry out the following as part of our regular cleaning service. It involves disinfecting all common touch points within a room, such as door handles and knobs, window handles, light switches, taps, remote controls, chair rests/arms, etc. We always clean first then sanitise.
We also supply complimentary.....

A rack of leaflets or even a ring-binder of plastic pockets packed with printed information and helpful advice for our guests is just not viable anymore. The traditional display stands and information folders will now all be digital and online available to access before and during your holiday limiting any cross-contamination from previous guests.
It has everything you need to know about arriving at our home, door entry codes, directions, parking, pool access as well as additional information on our home called our home manual. It also lists lots of great information on local family attractions, places to visit, local restaurants and shopping centres as well as departure notes at the end of your holiday. It's fabulous!

We know that this is a very worrying and uncertain time for so many families who have booked or who are hoping to book a well needed holiday in 2021. We have adapted our terms of business to reflect the ever changing situation with regards to COVID-19 travel restrictions.
The UK governments may decide to introduce specific new measures (traffic light system) for tourism abroad, therefore, you are strongly advised to follow the evolution of travel insurance terms and ensure that your policy offers the best cover possible, in particular for the medical risks and a cancellation policy for you and your family that may affect your ability to travel. We will have more information on the traffic light system on or around the 17th May 2021 and will update this page then with more specifics relating to that subject.

If travel is not permitted in either the UK or France, then your dates will moved to the following year subject to availability.
As part of our tob's you are required, at the time of booking, to have cancellation insurance INCLUDING relating to COVID-19 restrictions. Companies are now offering Covid-19 cover, including all medical bills whilst away, which is great news and very reassuring for travellers and businesses.
